healthy habits

I've noticed that I am a lot happier when I work out and eat healthy. I think everyone is like this, although many people don't mind being unhappy eating bad food. I made this simple pita bread "pizza" today and it was AH-MAZING! It was basically pita bread with tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and the smallest amount of cheddar cheese for a little more flavor drizzled with a little bit of olive oil. I cooked it in the oven at 345 degrees for about 10 minutes and they were perfect. What healthy meals do you guys like cooking? Have a great night, outfit post tomorrow! :) x
